Fall coloring contest!
This contest will have two age groups: 6 - 11 years old, and 12 -17 years old. We will be selecting five winners in total from TCPL and from WB. The winner will be chosen by the Tipton County Public Library adult staff, and will be announced on October 3rd.
Each winner will receive two youth tickets to the Museum Halloween Haunted House, valid for use from October 10 to October 31!
