Weekend Crew, I'm back!!! Let's do it big. So I think I want to change things up and share with you more than just some dance toning workouts.

What you'll need to bring:

wear sturdy supportive shoes, a yoga or workout mat, and motivation πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ˜„

We will be trying this out as a 30 min workout because of the heat. As fall arrives, I may be able to adjust.
