Field 8. This "New to Pitching" clinic will run for 3 weeks every Wednesday from 5-6pm. This is perfect for kids coming up to 10U for GAA that want to learn how to pitch for the first time. Come and learn the fundamentals of pitching for free with Coach Andrew Walters!
Coach Walters is a passionate coach, driven by the desire to give back to others. He is currently in his third year of coaching, having spent the past two season with Texas Edge Baseball. He strives to teach fundamentals and foster character growth among his players, ultimately helping to shape them into great young men both on and off the field. Andrew is an avid baseball fan; he has traveled to over 20 MLB stadiums and attended more than 100 games in his lifetime. When he's not on the baseball field, you can find him in the choir room at Granbury High School, where he serves as the Assistant Choir Director. Andrew holds a degree from TCU, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
This is an amazing opportunity that we are extremely excited to provide for the community at "Play It Forward Fitness." As usual all we ask is for you to sign our waiver which is good for a year. If you have already signed it for one of our other classes, you're good to go. Please mark yourself as "Going," so we can properly prepare for this class. This is for ages above 10U as well, anyone that is New or have been wanting to learn how to pitch. We cannot wait to see you out on the field on 7/30/25! Bring water and a glove if you have one!
