Dealing with Grief

A workshop to help deal with grief whether it is loss of a loved one, loss of self-esteem, self respect, self-confidence, financial loss. Let us identify in the class what the core reason is that you are grieving and how to develop coping mechanisms to through your every day life so that you don't feel emotionally exhausted and drained. Let's have that hard conversations that you too scared to have with anyone else in the safety of the workshop with support and no judgement.
