ASRWC Training on Trails - Counts Point

Some of us are training, some of us are there for the joy of it. Either way, what a great way to spend Sunday :) 15k out and back with the option to add some extra hills if you’re so inclined. Bring your first aid, nutrition and 2-3litres of water. I have a Garmin in reach, if anyone else has one, it’s not a bad idea to have another with us. There is mobile coverage on the range too.

I’m personally training for a race and plan to run, go your own pace!! And enjoy that view!!
