This energy center is associated with communication and self-expression. It helps you to speak your truth, express yourself, listen to understand others and their true meaning, and enhances the connection to your individuality and creativity.
When blocked or out of balance you may have difficulty communicating, experience feeling shy, insecure, and have a hard time expressing yourself.
We will begin the day by Beth guiding you through restorative poses designed to allow you to relax the body and mind so you will be able to better connect with your throat chakra, focusing on communication, self-expression, and speaking your truth.
We will then transition to a deep state of relaxation where we will uncover the root blockage in the throat chakra, then release the stagnant energy and old beliefs that are holding you back. We will finish by breathing life force back into the throat chakra expanding and opening.
Beth and Autumn will be giving Reiki throughout the 90 minutes to assist you in releasing any blockages in your Throat Chakra.
