Stress to Serenity - Ear Seeding & Restorative Yoga
Pairing the art of ear seeds and the practice of restorative yoga.
Step into stillness and learn the art of ear seeding—an acupressure technique that gently supports the nervous system and invites deep calm. In this hands-on session, you’ll be guided through how to apply ear seed stickers to your own ears, focusing on points known to ease stress and promote emotional balance.
✨ No experience needed—this is a guided, hands-on workshop.
🌿 All supplies are provided, including ear seeds and a take-home protocol card so you can continue the practice on your own.
Leave feeling grounded, more in control of your stress response, and equipped with a new self-care tool you can use anytime, anywhere.
Once you have established time with your ear seeds you will then get to put them to good use with Beth guiding you through the passive, relaxing, and calming practice of restorative yoga. These combined forces will allow you to surrender and move into a state of stillness ease. There will be approximately 3-4 restorative poses, all held for 10-15 minutes.

**park in the parking lot next to High Peaks Cyclery, take the steps to the second floor,
follow the walk way all the way around to the other side of the building, and enter through the last door
Session is $65 per person, and pre-registration is required due to needing to know how many supplies will be needed.
