Gold STAR Self-Defense Program

The Watertown Senior & Community Center will be piloting a new self-defense program on Tuesday, September 9 at either 1pm or 5pm for residents ages 50+. Auxiliary Police Officer Kerry Kneser, Watertown Police Dept, will be here with his side-kick “Bob.” They will take you through a series of verbal and non-verbal tactics to prepare you in a variety of situations.
