Join Kaitlin Hill, pelvic health occupational therapist and group fitness instructor, for a fun and supportive movement workshop designed for parents and caregivers. This workshop will teach you to build core strength, improve pelvic floor awareness, and use proper body mechanics to handle the daily demands of caregiving- from lifting car seats to chasing toddlers. This workshop blends education and movement so you can feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body as you care for little ones.
In this workshop participants will:
• Learn how to protect their back, core, and pelvic floor during daily caregiving tasks
• Build strength and mobility through safe, functional movement
• Gain strategies to reduce pain and prevent injury
• Connect with other caregivers in a fun, supportive environment
