The City of Coppell is excited to announce the opening of Fire Station #5! The community is invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony at the new station, 157 S. Moore Road, at 9 am on Tuesday, July 29.
Fire Station #5 sits on the site of Coppell’s original second fire station, which first opened in 1986. Reviving this location enhances the Fire Department’s ability to deliver safe, effective service, reduce emergency response times, and support the City’s ISO-1 rating, which helps reduce residential and commercial insurance premiums.
The station has been fully operational and providing service to the community 24 hours a day, seven days a week since July 8.
