This is a unique opportunity to explore how a single winemaking decision—changing the yeast strain—can dramatically alter a wine’s character. You'll taste our inaugural 2023 vintage (just 4 cases produced) alongside our 2024 vintage (6 cases made), and discover the surprising differences between the two.
