Come share with me a session of nourishing movement, through intuitive, Hatha Style Yoga. We'll breathe in the sea air as we explore our inner Yogi.

A Journey rather than a class, where I will guide us towards melding our minds, bodies, and souls. All skill levels welcome, even newcomers to yoga

Location: Gulfport Beach, near bathroom pavilion, with plenty of free parking, just steps from our practice.
