Enjoy an evening class to soothe your nerves and your body as we use gentle yoga postures and techniques to ensure feelings of calm & tranquility by candlelight. Gentle yoga at Wild Nurturer means we don't typically stand a lot, you can expect to be at ease as you rotate your joints, stretch tight problem areas on the floor, and use props to help you melt into a quieter mind and body. You will receive a guided relaxation at the end of your class and lots of breathing awareness. A mat is all you need.
