Summer Morning Slowdown: Yoga + Art Journaling
As the pace of life begins to pick up, take a morning to slow down with intention. This gentle workshop begins gentle, grounding yoga flow led by certified instructor Laura Sugg. After yoga, we’ll ease into meditative art journaling, using imagery inspired by the comforts of summer—sunflowers, bees, honey, and herbs.

We'll create a cozy, calming environment with tea, soft lighting, and space to slow down. You’ll receive your own art journal to begin a practice of creative mindfulness you can carry into the season ahead.
