Monday Night Nia

I invite you to experience the fun of a Nia class now based in the Gungahlin area. Nia is a barefoot movement class drawing from dance arts, martial arts and healing arts.
Everyone is welcome to come along and find their own level of joy in movement.
Suited for everyone aged 18 to 88. New starters welcome at any time during the term.

Cost: $15 per class
Location: Gungaderra Homestead, Otway St, Harrison ACT (access from off Mapleton Ave)
Bring: Drink bottle for hydration and a sense of fun.
Optional: yoga mat for floorwork
