In this immersive meditative experience, we will visit beautiful sound scapes through the rich vibrations of crystal singing bowls, soul-inspired spirit songs, grounding gong bath, ethereal koshi and row chimes, earthen tones of the buffalo drum, seed shakers, rain sticks, and the cleansing waves of the ocean drum 🎶💫

After the sound meditation, we will share a cup of peppermint tea to awaken the senses and set intentions together for the week ahead 🌱☕️

(Studio provides extras upon request) comfortable, cozy attire suitable for light movement and meditation
favorite mug*sacred items to charge in the sounds such as crystals, card decks, amulets, etc.
