Feeling foggy, unmotivated, or scattered? This session will help you wake up your system, sharpen your mind, and move through the mental fatigue that comes with long hours at a desk.
Through movement, breathwork, and simple yet powerful creative exercises, you’ll walk away more clear, more energized, and ready to refocus with tools you can return to anytime.

Stress and Anxiety Relief
This is your space to let go. We’ll guide you through body-based practices and expressive art techniques that help release mental and emotional tension.
You’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, access a deeper sense of balance, and explore what it means to feel grounded, especially when life feels overwhelming.
About Desk Yoga with Mathias
Matias brings more than just yoga, he brings practical movement medicine for the modern body. These sessions go far beyond typical poses and focus on undoing the real impact of daily desk life:
- Neck, shoulder, and wrist relief
- Breath techniques to manage energy and stress
- Micro-movements and meditations to reset your state mid-day
- A deeper understanding of how sitting affects your body—and what you can do about it
About Art Therapy with Kata
Led by trained art therapist Kata, this part of the workshop gives you space to express, explore, and decompress—without needing any art experience.
You’ll tap into creative processes that are fun, freeing, and surprisingly effective at shifting your internal state.
Expect things like:
- Drawing with your non-dominant hand
- Body mapping and visual journaling
- Mandala and scribble techniques
- Clay sculpting: meet and transform your inner stress monster
- Expressive painting to let things go
These aren’t just “art activities". They’re tools for reflection, emotional release, and reconnecting to your inner resources. Here you can learn them and take them home.
