August Women’s Open Mat

August’s open mat will be hosted by Des Moines Jiu Jitsu Academy. All gym affiliations and all ranks are welcome at this free event, including grapplers who don't live in central Iowa. Gi and no gi (even singlets) are fine - just come ready to roll!
