Woven Histories | Group Show

Woven Histories brings together artists Elisha Oloapa, A'aifou Portman, Phoenix Mikaele, and Taimara Hook who reimagine ancestral lands using Hiapo, Siapo, Ngatu, Masi, and Kōrari. Using earthen dyes on flax and mulberry bark, stories of diaspora are told through patterns and symbols. The works bridge traditions and cultures to celebrate the artists’ heritage and create a visual record of cultural stories.
