Founded in 2015 by the Bristol-Brooklyn duo Vic & Tim, For Mice & Men has become a beloved fixture in Bristol's street food scene. Their mission? To elevate the classic grilled cheese sandwich with locally sourced ingredients and a build-your-own menu that offers endless combinations. From their Airstream trailer or festival-style shack, they serve up sandwiches made with organic sourdough, hand-churned butter, and a selection of the finest local cheeses like West Country cheddar, Stilton, and Camembert .

At this pop-up, you can craft your perfect grilled cheese masterpiece by choosing from:

JuggleJam is an inclusive afternoon session welcoming everyone to explore juggling and circus skills in a fun, supportive environment. Starting Friday the 18th and continuing as a regular feature, these sessions invite participants of all abilities to bring their own equipment or experiment with the toys and props provided. Beyond just juggling, there's a creative making table where you can craft your own equipment, plus plenty of different circus skills and activities to discover and try out. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to practice your skills, JuggleJam offers something for everyone in a relaxed, playful atmosphere.
