Growing research shows that when you train your brain to be mindful, you're remodeling the physical structure of your brain, which can help create space for self-healing and joyful living.

These supportive and collaborative group sessions are designed to help participants learn how to make mindfulness-based living a regular part of their self-care routine. Presented by Michael Davitt, retired LCSW.
