The smaller 38 unit apartment building has been replaced with town homes. You can see how the 10 town homes are laid out on page 13 of the plans.

Also notable (again, these may change as time goes on):

- At the south-west corner, there is what looks to be an additional 2k square foot commercial space carved out of the larger space reserved for the gym
- And a 2k square foot "cafe" at the end of the plaza / walkway with tables and chairs outside.
- Tables and chairs have been added to the northern end of the plaza, presumably for outdoor seating.
- A 40' loading zone on carpenter st in front of the entrance.
- A "loading" area with a curb cut off of 16th street (dark grey).
- A 40' no park zone on 16th in front of the lobby.
- The entrance at 16th and carpenter street has been pulled back significantly.
- There is also a 1k "co-work" space. Not sure if that's new or that I'm just noticing it.
