Where Bells Rapid Park, Cathedral Ave, Brigadoon.
Bottom carpark.

Integrated Training includes:
* Swift Water Fundamentals
* Flags, whistles and signals
* Throwbags, knots and rope skills
* Patient Contact and recovery
* Stokes Transport
Then we'll put all these skills to practice.

Please bring your WETSUIT, BATHERS and TOWEL as well as a change of clothes to stay warm.
