Tech Help Appointments w/ LiteracyCNY

LiteracyCNY's ( https://literacycny.org/) Digital Literacy Volunteer is now available for 45-minute one-on-one tech help appointments! Learn how to use a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone; upload a document to a USB drive; connect to WiFi; create and use an email account; find and apply for jobs; use social media; work with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; and create a resume and cover-letter.

The following services are NOT offered:
-Malware, spyware, or other malicious app removal or remediation
-Hardware repair
-Operating System repair or re-installation

Registration opens on the 20th of each month. Due to high demand, we ask patrons to limit their appointments to two per month.
