HSJC FALL DOG WASH & VAX CLINIC

Give that dog a bath! Get your animal up to date on their vaccines!

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH 9am-12noon

GROOM PRICES:

Baths (dogs only) - $10 per animal

Nail Trims (dogs and cats) - $10 per animal

VACCINATIONS:

$15 - Rabies (dogs and cats)

$15 - Bordetella (dogs only)

$15 - DA2PP (dogs only)

$15 - FVRCP (cats only)

$20 - Micro Chip (dogs and cats)

REQUIREMENTS:

Kittens and Puppies:
They must be at least 6 weeks of age to receive their first round of vaccines and at least 4 months of age to receive the rabies vaccine. Please have them in carrier to avoid picking up parasites from the ground including Parvo. If you cannot phsycially carry them, we recommend bringing them instead to a Veterinary clinic for their safety.

Adult Animals:
Dogs must be leashed or harnessed - NO EXECPTIONS
If your dog is prone to being fearful, please muzzle.
Cats must be in carriers - NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT POLICY:
No refunds, no exchanges.

FEW OTHER THINGS:
All Animals will be vaccinated inside our Cat House and groomed in a secure area to ensure their safety.
