OBX Arts & Craft Festival

Annual show featuring a variety of creations from 24 locally-known Outer Banks artists whose specialties include painting, jewelry, photography, fiber arts, mixed media and more. Indoors at the Hilton Garden Inn Kitty Hawk, free admission, free parking. Visit the booths of three local charities – N.E.S.T.
