Gut–Brain Connection: Free Member Seminar with Sofie Ware from Scandi Health Coaching
We’re excited to bring you something a little different at SUB10 this July — a wellness seminar focused on a topic that gets talked about a lot in and out of the gym: the gut–brain connection.
Join us on Monday 28 July at 6:30pm for an evening with Sofie Ware, certified health coach and founder of Scandi Health Coaching. Sofie’s a passionate advocate for holistic health and brings lived experience, deep knowledge, and a really down-to-earth approach to wellbeing. She specialises in helping people better understand their own bodies, particularly when it comes to gut health, stress, and energy.
The session will run for around 45 minutes to 1 hour, and afterwards you’ll have the chance to ask all your questions— plus chat with Sofie about booking in for 1:1 coaching if you’re keen to dive deeper into your own health journey.
This seminar is free for SUB10 members — and it’s one not to miss. If you’ve ever wondered how your gut health impacts mood, recovery, sleep, and performance, this is for you.
