Join us Thursday, August 21st, 6-8pm for a WINE and CHEESECAKE pairing with crAves by Aves!

THE WINES AND CHEESECAKES

1.Salmon Brook, Estate Frontenac Blanc -An orange style white with flavors of peach and apricot.

Toasted Almond Cheesecake- A creamy almond-infused cheesecake layered over a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with toasted almonds and nilla cookies for a nutty crunch.

2.Monarch, Sweet Rose- A sweet Rose’ with citrus and strawberry notes.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake-Vanilla cheesecake swirled with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough, on a buttery graham cracker crust. Topped with chocolate chips and more chocolate chip cookie dough pieces.

3.Parisian, Grenache Dry Rose- A dry and crisp Grenache Rose with notes of tangerine and cherry.

Ice Cream Cake Cheesecake- Oreo cookie crust, a layer of vanilla bean cheesecake and chocolate cheesecake swirled together, topped with Chocolate ganache and whipped topping, and a sprinkle of rainbow crunchies for that fun birthday cake feel.

4.Red Stone, Estate Marquette- A sweet red with notes of plum and a fruity aroma.

Oreo Cheesecake- A cookies-and-cream creamy cheesecake packed with crushed Oreo cookies throughout and sits on a decadent Oreo cookie crust. Finished with more Oreo crumbles.
