A Shamanic Journey Meditation is where one enters a dream like state of Theta brain waves, while listening to a persistent percussion beat. In this state of consciousness, you may encounter guides, spirit helpers, totem animals and/or ancestors who may give you guidance and instruction to help you with life, health, decisions, relationships, creativity and more. This information may be received through images, touch, colors, smell and knowing. This is a guided meditation, led by Vicki Kibby and no experience is necessary.
Vicki has had formal instruction as a Shamanic Practitioner through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Shamanism Ireland, Green Tara College and more.
This is open to anyone over 14. The cost is $10 and takes place in the Earth Wisdom pavilion. A reminder that you do not need a drum or any past experience to enjoy the journey. If you have a drum or rattle and wish to bring it, you are welcome to do so. Participants are welcome to arrive beginning at 6:45. Our guided journey/meditation begins promptly at 7:15pm.
