Join Health & Nutrition Coach, Kelsea Sollberger, for Athletic Fuel: How to Eat to Perform.

Being at the top of your sport, whether that’s gymnastics, soccer, basketball or any sport, your body needs powerful energy systems to perform at the highest level. Athletic Fuel is an interactive presentation for athletes in grades 5–12 who want to learn how their body uses energy during practice and competition. Our Health & Nutrition Coach will show your athlete how to fuel their bodies the right way to maximize performance.

Athletes will walk away with practical strategies they can use immediately to level up their performance, recover faster and build habits that support both sports as well as school success.
