Looks like our wishes for the site on the corner of Landsborough parade and Jellicoe st have not been heard - the child care centre is going ahead �. If you have concerns about this and the enormous change of use that the council is planning in your suburb, please have a look at this. It gives you a good idea of how far this council plan goes to increase density and change the vibe and lifestyle currently enjoyed in Golden Beach - huge focus on medium and high density.
