UCFRN and WIC Family Social at Upshur County Public Library!

Those families with children ages 7 and under, join the UCFRN and WIC for a fun event complete with lunch and a craft. Beat the heat and join us on Wednesday, July 23rd at 11:30am to about 1:00pm. On the way out, grab some books to keep reading!
