This flowing class teaches you how to link breath to movement. Building on the foundations of Vinyasa yoga, you will learn basic poses and how they can flow together to build heat from within the body. Then move into a few Yin poses to create grounding and deeper stretches. Nice blend of basics! No experience needed.
Attend entire series or just the classes that work for you.
Series ends 11/22/25. $90 for all 6 classes in series, $20 drop-in charge, or use 10-class package.
