We’re officially part of the weekly schedule at The Mill. Join TYC for slow flow under the sky, every Sunday morning at 10. It’s movement, breath, and community—easy, grounding, and real.

Rain or shine, we’re rolling out our mats. We'll be inside if it rains!
Stick around after for food, sunshine (hopefully), and whatever kind of Sunday you’re in the mood for.
