Restorative Resonance at Lorenzen Studios

Join us for an hour of bliss in a sanctuary of atmospheric sound. Stella Heysek is a junior at Capital Area School for the Arts. She is a Music major with a focus on cello. Stella wants to pursue a career in music therapy and sound meditation to create music in a way that heals others. Cost is $25. Pre-registration on the Lorenzen Studios event calendar is required. Please wear warm layers of clothing and bring a yoga or exercise mat, a yoga bolster, a small pillow, 2 yoga blocks, an eye pillow or towel to cover your eyes, and a cozy blanket.
