In this collaborative installation, photographer Reid Yalom’s Perspectives In Culture and ceramic sculptor Emil Yanos’ Juxtaposition of Clay offer a cross-disciplinary dialogue on culture, memory, and place. Yalom’s photographs—spanning Romania, Mexico, Vietnam, Greece, and the American West—use visual storytelling to bridge cultural divides and reveal shared human experiences. His lens captures the quiet intimacy of landscapes, architecture and communities, inviting viewers to see through another’s eyes. Complementing this, Yanos’ earth-inspired ceramic forms explore the emotional language of texture, color, and form, drawing on his background in floral and graphic design.
