Join Tyra for a gently guided meditation designed to relax your body from head to toe. Then, we continue for approximately 30-45 minutes, to let the soothing waves of sound wash over you and melt away stress.

RSVP recommended. We like to keep groups small so everyone can chat and share their experiences as needed.
