KickFit is a high intensity cardio class combining kickboxing, exercise moves, and dance moves into choreographed routines to some of your favorite music.
Dance2Fit is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines dance and fitness. It's set to popular music, such as hip hop, country, and pop, and is designed to be fun and energetic.
These classes are open to women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, and no prior experience is required. Participants can dance at their own pace and the classes are intended to be judgment-free and encouraging
