Celebrate the shift of the seasons with Yoga in the Park: Fall Equinox at Dunwoody Nature Center. On Monday, September 22nd from 6:00–7:00 PM, join local instructor Jesse Hughes for a mindful, full-body yoga flow designed to align your body and mind with the rhythms of nature.

The Fall Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, a natural invitation to pause, reflect, and let go. Set beneath the golden canopy of early autumn, this guided session will encourage gentle movement, deep breathing, and quiet introspection as we transition into a new season. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a grounding way to reconnect—with yourself and the natural world.

Please bring your own mat. This session will take place in the pavilion at Dunwoody Nature Center, offering shelter and fresh air for a truly serene experience.

Registration closes September 19th. If you’re interested in attending after the deadline, please email YXV0dW1uIHwgZHVud29vZHluYXR1cmUgISBvcmc= to check availability.
