This Monday Pop Up is a class where we add some movement to a pose, we then add a slow breath and sync it all together. This creates a wonderful mindful class. It helps with concentration, slowing your poses and building strength.
This is a hatha style class so we can add some breath practice and mindfulness to it.
The class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
