Join me for an hour of calm, a chance to press pause, clear your mind and re-energize (and have the best night's sleep!).

Our friendly group meets online 6.30 - 7.30pm and is still just £5 a session.

We start with a little yoga philosophy and discussion, move energy and prana with gentle unique Dru Yoga practices, enjoy a relaxation (you can't meditate if you are holding on to too much tension) then I guide you through our quiet practices, allowing you time to dive into the stillness and just be.

In this session we'll be delving a little deeper into what it means to be in the present moment, and our meditation will be something a bit different, working with the chakras.
