"This course has been a fantastic introduction to yoga for me. It also felt very nurturing and fun. Everything is provided including a yummy soup to finish !! I can’t recommend this highly enough." J, Crediton
"Count me in for next term’s yoga! And just want to say thank you for providing such a safe space, your yoga wisdom and of course the delicious wholesomeness food this year" E, North Tawton
"Great re-introduction with the Newbies course to yoga after a several decade hiatus. Gentle exercise with a chance to relax and yummy soup after! It has been great realising I can still do it despite the inevitable body and age related changes."
G, Hatherleigh
"I must admit I started the beginners course not expecting a lot. I thought as I’d used an app for over a year I was confident I knew what I was doing and I just wanted a course to reinforce or put right my poses. How wrong was I! Fiona is just lovely, the sessions were informative and she spoke knowledgeable about the foundations of yoga and I found that although I had been ‘practicing’ it’s very different following an app to being taught properly. If you’re debating whether this is right for you, give it a go – you won’t regret it". S, Bondleigh
