Workshop: Create a Hand-Dyed Yarn Advent calendar

Come and join us on an ADVENTure at the Peak District Yarns Studio! On this workshop, we’ll be getting in the festive spirit and you will create a very unique yarn advent calendar for you or a yarnworthy friend.
The advent calendar you will create comprises 24 x 20g mini-skeins. As well as dyeing the yarn, you will also create the gift bags in which to package up your advent calendar ready for opening again when December comes! You can choose to also dye a full 100g skein to open on Xmas Day (for an extra £13).
You can choose either 4-ply Merino Sock yarn, 4-ply Merino/Yak sock yarn, or a Merino-nylon double knit yarn for your advent. Throughout the day you'll get lots of inspiration about what to make with your advent, if you don't already have a project in mind.
Maximum 5 participants per workshop.
The workshop runs from 10.30am to 4.30pm and is held at the Peak District Yarns Studio and Workshop, Commercial Road, Tideswell, SK17 8NU.
