This location offers a loop with some moderate elevation gain and a wide area for running.
🔺When arriving please park at the main lot and walk in the direction of the Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center (to the right of the main lot).
Please leash your dog getting out of the car and walking toward the Environmental Education Center. We will walk with the dogs leashed for approximately 0.25 miles before letting them off-leash. We will do the same when returning to the parking lot.

🔸An identifying (bright collar, bandanna, harness, vest, etc.) item is helpful to keep track of dogs.
DESCRIPTION
The park's 19 miles of trails makes the center’s fields, woodlands, and streams accessible to both students and the casual visitor. This is not a dog park but visitors should expect the presence of dogs, which are required to be either leashed or, if unleashed, under the direct control of their owners. We will be walking in a less crowded area of the park, but please be prepared to leash your dog if need be. Also, please clean up all pet waste and ensure that pets do not wander onto adjacent private properties or roads, which can be busy at times.
