Our fast paced non-contact ice hockey session starts with a warm up and then an hour long scrimmage. It is open to all abilities although you should be a confident skater. Itβs ideal to boost stamina and performance for those who regularly play hockey and for those who don't. No membership fees or monthly payment commitmentsβ¦.just turn up, pay and play. Β£15 per session.
