This class includes meditation, pranayama and some seriously relaxing postures. A wonderful way to unwind at the end of your week.
✨ What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration. We use props like yoga blocks, blankets, cushions, pillows and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasises the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. We take time to ensure we feel really comfortable before relaxing into a supported posture. It is a floor-based practice which helps us to slow down, rest and find stillness.
✨ What do I need to bring?
I will supply bolsters, blocks and eye pillows. Please bring your yoga mat, 2 cushions/pillows, a blanket and any other props that you may need.
✨ I’d love for you to join me for a deeply relaxing practice that will leave you feeling ready for a beautiful night's sleep.
