Join us for a very special evening of RELAXATION, as we close out the Summer, with Local Musician and Sound Healer Mike McGuigan. Mike will guide us, playing a vast array of different instruments including the Crystal Singing Bowls, Metal Bowls, Chimes, Handpan, and more!

The Sound Waves from these magnificent instruments help to renew the body at a cellular level, freeing the mind and body of stress, anxiety, tension, and brings your whole being to a state of bliss like relaxation.

Please bring a Blanket and Pillow, a Yoga or Exercise Mat, and anything else that makes you feel comfortable.
