Build the strength and control you need to feel confident and powerful on the pole. This class focuses on full-body conditioning with an emphasis on functional strength, mobility, and core stability...all essential for pole tricks, transitions, and injury prevention.
You'll work through targeted drills and bodyweight exercises to strengthen your shoulders, back, core, glutes, and grip. Each session blends dynamic movement with mindful technique to help you build the foundation needed for lifts, climbs, inverts, and fluid movement.
Whether you're brand new to pole or looking to level up your skills, this class will support your progress both on and off the pole. No pole experience required...perfect for beginners and seasoned dancers alike. Save the dates...
