π Running weekly from 20th July until the end of September (weather permitting!)
Join us for a refreshing start to your Sunday with a gentle, grounding Hatha Yoga session in the peaceful outdoor setting of The Cowshed CafΓ© garden. Surrounded by nature, this class is suitable for all levels β whether you're a complete beginner or a regular yogi.
β¨ What to expect:
π± A welcoming, inclusive class for all ages and abilities
π A mindful way to start your day outdoors
πͺ Improve strength, flexibility and balance
π§ββοΈ Calm the mind and reduce stress with breath-led movement
π A boost to your mood, energy and overall wellbeing
π· Prices:
β’ Β£9.00 per session β Pay as you go
β’ Β£32.00 β Block of 4 classes (to be used within 6 weeks)
Payment by cash on the day or bank transfer (please contact Julie for details)
π What to bring:
β’ A yoga mat
β’ A pillow or cushion for comfort
β’ A bottle of water
β’ Optional blanket or extra layers
π© Pre-booking is preferred, but youβre very welcome to just turn up on the day!
π₯ New attendees will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire and agree to the booking policy.
β° Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
π§οΈ In case of bad weather, weβll update the event page and send out a message to anyone whoβs booked in advance.
