Hill TRRaining Session

Location: Meet at Water Works Reserve entry gate (Water Works Road).
Session Lead: Nathan Taylor
With the Point to Pinnacle approaching we are putting on a hill training session (note - this is not a social run). Turn up in running gear as it is a practical session. Note - we will be running on the side of an open road.
1. Focus on technique and drills to improve ease of climbing hills.
2. Help build a consistent stride ahead of P2P.
3. Exercises and Mobility work to target climbing muscles.
This session will be focused on runners, although walkers are welcome and will still gain some benefit from the session.
30 minute session plus a warm up.
Non-members welcome.
